Ah….now I can put my feet up and relax ’cause I’m done with all the socks I really wanted to make this year!! Edited 10/15/07: I meant to say..all the socks I wanted to make FOR CHRISTMAS this year. Happy dance ensues. Now I need to get on the Grace Cardigan and get that finished. I thought at first I’d do this for a Christmas present, but now I’m not so sure I’ll get it done in time and I enjoy going at a medium pace with a garment like this. I don’t want to feel rushed to get it out, you know? Somehow that takes all the fun out of a project when I have a deadline breathing down my neck. I know what you’re thinking “You made the socks before Christmas, especially for Christmas presents.” That’s true, but socks are so very quick! I can get one pair done in a week if I set my mind to it, so there’s no RUSH with the socks I made.
