The House of Yarn Pt. 2
Here it is! The best little yarn shop in the Ozarks!
I had so much fun teaching on Saturday. I came in expecting to teach the “Beginners” class, but there weren’t any takers. That was okay, though, because one of the ladies from the Love Knots wanted to learn about increases and decreases 
My student was soooo patient with me, and we had a good time. Because of my bumbling at first, (I was trying to teach her how to k1,p1 in the same stitch, don’t ask me why!) we had a slow start, then Carol, the owner, got me straightened out, and my student and I proceded to do k2 in the same stitch and things went smooth as glass. Then I taught her how to reduce (k2tog) and she did great!
See the drinks on the table there? Nancy was nice enough to go get us some “energy drinks” from the esspresso shop down the street
So after the class, we all decided for me to teach them to make the Fresco Tank Top next month. I’m excited for them because months ago they asked to teach them to knit sweaters and now, we’re so much closer to realizing that dream! I am so happy I get to share my love of knitting with others! I am ever so grateful to Carol for giving me this opportunity! Thank you Carol!!
